Training on e-Office, e-HRMS and SPARROW Software Conducted at Collectorate

Officials Receive Hands-On Guidance to Enhance Digital Governance, Transparency and Efficiency

A one-day training programme on e-Office, e-HRMS and SPARROW software was organised at the Collectorate auditorium in Rajnandgaon in the presence of Additional Collector Prem Prakash Sharma. Deputy Collector Aniket Sahu and other district officials were also present during the session.

The training was conducted by state-level master trainers Pooja Senpal and Muskan Jadwani, who provided detailed information on the use of digital governance platforms. Participants were trained on online file movement through the e-Office system, including e-noting, correspondence management, document uploading and the use of digital signatures.

The session also covered the e-HRMS portal, with demonstrations on maintaining service records, leave management and updating employee profiles. Under the SPARROW software module, officials received practical training on filling and forwarding Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APAR) through the online system.

Master trainers conducted hands-on exercises across various software modules and addressed queries raised by participants. Officials stated that the primary objective of the training is to ensure transparency, timeliness and efficiency in government functioning through increased adoption of digital tools.

Participants were encouraged to regularly use e-Office, e-HRMS and SPARROW platforms to strengthen the state’s digital governance initiatives. Officers and employees from multiple departments attended the programme.
