A large-scale joint mock drill involving district police, Railway Protection Force (RPF), Government Railway Police (GRP), and railway authorities was conducted at Rajnandgaon Railway Station. Tourism Minister Rajesh Agrawal flagged off a special train from Rajnandgaon carrying 650 pilgrims from Durg and Bastar divisions to Ayodhya under the Shri Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana. The send-off, marked by chants of “Jai Shri Ram” and festive music, reflected the joy and devotion of the participants.

For the first time, a special pilgrimage train departed from Rajnandgaon railway station under the Shri Ramlala Darshan Ayodhya Dham Yojana. Elderly devotees, including groups of close friends and couples, expressed overwhelming happiness as they embarked on a spiritual journey to Ayodhya. Pilgrims praised the Chhattisgarh government for providing free travel, meals, and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit sacred sites.
