As part of the second phase of the Gau Samman Ahwan Abhiyan, more than three lakh signatures collected in Rajnandgaon were submitted through the District Magistrate to the President of India, the Prime Minister, the Governor and the Chief Minister. Across the country, the campaign submitted memorandums supported by over 15 crore signatures, reiterating more than 30 demands related to cow protection and welfare.

Pankaj Bandhaw, State President of the Akhil Bharat Anusuchit Jati Parishad, has demanded government jobs for one family member of each Chhattisgarh migrant worker killed in the Kulgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir. He also called for stronger security measures for migrant workers and strict action against those responsible for the attack.

The Sindhi community in Rajnandgaon submitted a memorandum to police officials demanding an FIR against Amit Baghel for allegedly making objectionable remarks against the community and its revered deity. They warned of agitation if timely action is not taken.
