The meeting also reviewed progress on smart meter installation, feeder separation, transformer maintenance, and various state and central power schemes.

The initiative aims to promote rooftop solar installations by providing on-the-spot registration and guidance on the online application process. Over 6,500 applications have already been received, with many beneficiaries now enjoying free, uninterrupted, and eco-friendly power.
