‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ to Be Held from August 9 to 17; Officials Directed to Ensure Quality Disposal of CM Helpline Complaints

Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Panchayat, Durga Prasad Adhikari, chaired the weekly time-limit meeting at the Collectorate conference hall on Tuesday and reviewed various administrative matters and the progress of government programmes.

Adhikari said that, as per government directions, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ programme is being organised from August 9 to August 17, 2026, in three phases under the theme ‘Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhta, Swatantrata Ka Utsav, Swachhta Ke Sang’.

He directed officials to complete the necessary preparations for the programme.

Focus on Quality Disposal of CM Helpline Applications

The Zila Panchayat CEO said Rajnandgaon district has remained ahead in the disposal of applications received through the CM Helpline.

He directed officials to continue ensuring the quality disposal of CM Helpline applications and stressed that all departments should give priority to resolving pending cases in the e-file system.

Adhikari also directed officials to ensure early disposal of pending cases related to CM Jan Darshan, Collector Jan Darshan, Sushasan Tihar, PG and PGN portals.

Independence Run to Be Held on August 14

The Zila Panchayat CEO informed officials that a Freedom Run will be organised on August 14 from the International Hockey Stadium.

He directed officials to make all necessary preparations for the event.

He also said that a National Anti-Drug Pledge and other programmes would be organised on August 18 under the Nasha Mukt Bharat initiative.

Officials were directed to encourage students and young people to participate in the e-pledge.

Focus on Crop Insurance and AgriStack Registration

Adhikari directed officials to ensure that the maximum possible number of farmers benefit from the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana.

He also called for efforts to increase farmer registration through AgriStack.

Officials were directed to ensure sonography of high-risk pregnant women at private diagnostic centres and ensure that reports are provided on time.

Adhikari further directed officials to work on priority towards making Ghumka block TB-free by December 24 and to improve progress towards the target.

He also instructed officials to ensure timely disposal of pending High Court cases.

Review of Government Schemes

The meeting also reviewed the progress of various government schemes and initiatives, including HPV vaccination, the U-WIN portal, Poshan Tracker and the Pradhan Mantri SVANidhi Yojana.

The meeting was attended by Additional Collector C.L. Markandey, Additional Collector Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Corporation Commissioner G.R. Markam, Rajnandgaon SDM Gautam Patil, Dongargaon SDM Aniket Sahu and Dongargarh SDM Vishwas Kumar, along with district-level officials.
