In alignment with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s vision of responsive and transparent governance, the Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation organized a special “Sushasan Tihar 2025” Samadhan Shivir (grievance redressal camp) at Thakur Pyarelal Higher Secondary School Ground. The event aimed to resolve public issues and deliver direct benefits to residents from Wards 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 23.

The camp witnessed the presence of Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, local ward councillors, senior officials, and a large number of citizens. Over the course of the event, various government departments addressed applications related to essential services, welfare schemes, and civic grievances.
Departments such as Women and Child Development, Labour, Health, AYUSH, Food, Revenue, Transport, Excise, Forest, Social Welfare, and the Municipal Corporation provided on-the-spot solutions. Citizens were issued ration cards, labour cards, Ayushman cards, Ayushman Vay Vandana cards, learning licenses, and birth certificates directly at the camp.

The Health Department’s stall attracted a significant crowd, offering services like blood pressure, diabetes, and general health check-ups, followed by free distribution of medicines. The AYUSH Department provided preventive medicines for seasonal illnesses.

The event underscored the administration’s commitment to proactive public service delivery and citizen engagement under the Sushasan Tihar initiative. The success of this integrated camp reflects the government’s push toward on-the-ground governance with a citizen-first approach.
