In an inspiring gesture of encouragement, Rajnandgaon Mayor Madhusudan Yadav personally visited the homes of two outstanding girl students from Shankarpur Ward who secured top positions in the Class 12 board exams, to congratulate them and wish them success in their future endeavors.
During his routine public outreach visit in the Shankarpur area, Mayor Yadav took time to meet Kumari Neelam Devangan, daughter of Prembai Devangan, who secured fifth rank in the Class 12 Arts stream from Government Higher Secondary School, Rengakathera (Bakhat). He also felicitated Kumari Renuka Devangan, daughter of Shri Netaram Devangan, who secured the ninth rank in the district in the Class 12 Mathematics stream from Gayatri Vidya Mandir, Kanchanbagh.

The Mayor, accompanied by a team of local representatives, personally congratulated the students at their residences in Shankarpur. He offered his blessings, words of motivation, and encouraged the girls to continue pursuing excellence with dedication. Mayor Yadav highlighted the importance of education and applauded their determination and hard work that brought pride to their families and the entire city.
The visit was also attended by prominent local leaders and party members, including Ward Councillor Mrs. Apoorva Sameer Srivastava, former councillor Devesh Devangan, BJP State Media Cell official Sameer Srivastava, party leaders Chandrabhan Jangel, Devesh Sinha, Hakim Khan, and Ankit Gadhewal. Their presence reflected the broader political and community support for education and youth achievement in the region.
In a statement following the visit, Mayor Yadav extended heartfelt congratulations to all successful students from the Rajnandgaon district who passed the Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 and 12 exams, wishing them a bright and prosperous future. Following the felicitation, the Mayor continued his ward tour with Councillor Apoorva Srivastava.
