Spiritual gathering promotes moral education, discipline, and cultural awareness among students in Rajnandgaon

A spiritually enriching atmosphere prevailed at Gayatri Vidyapeeth as students and teachers participated in a collective chanting of the sacred Navkar Mantra of Jainism, aimed at strengthening moral and spiritual values among young learners.
The event, organized within the school campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members alike. The collective recitation filled the surroundings with spiritual energy, reflecting the institution’s continued commitment to holistic education rooted in values and discipline.
Spiritual Environment Strengthened Through Collective Chanting
The synchronized chanting performed with devotion, discipline, and concentration created a deeply spiritual environment across the campus. The initiative reinforced the institution’s tradition of nurturing ethical values alongside academic excellence.
Students demonstrated remarkable focus and unity during the recitation, further strengthening the cultural and value-based environment of the school.
Participation in Community-Level Navkar Mantra Programme
As part of the spiritual initiative, Jain students of the school also took part in a community-wide collective Navkar Mantra chanting organized by the Jain International Trade Organization at Jain Garden. During the programme, representatives of the Jain community explained the spiritual significance and practical life lessons associated with the Navkar Mantra.
The session highlighted core Jain principles such as non-violence, non-possessiveness, and tolerance, helping students develop awareness toward ethical living and social harmony.
Focus on Moral and Character Development
Addressing the gathering, school principal Ankit Vyas emphasized that spiritual and cultural activities play a vital role in the overall personality development of students. He expressed gratitude toward members of the Jain community and noted that the universal message of the Navkar Mantra inspires humility, compassion, tolerance, and harmony for all humanity.

The successful organization of the programme received appreciation and best wishes from members of the Gayatri Shikshan Samiti, including President Brijkishore Surjan, Vice President Sandhyadevi Singhal, Treasurer Suryakant Chitalangya, Vice President Rajesh Jain, Secretary Gagan Laddha, Joint Secretary Nikunj Singhal, Sports Director Sagar Chitalangya, Patron Nandkishore Surjan, Sushma Surjan, Cultural In-charge Harish Gandhi, Rupali Gandhi, Co-Sports Director Manoj Chitalangya, Academic Director Amit Uttalwar, Vice Principal Rashmi Thakur, Administrator Anil Vajpayee, School Manager Taranjit Singh Tuteja, along with all teaching staff.
