A gesture of respect for decades of dedicated service in shaping young minds

In a dignified ceremony held at the Collector’s chamber, Collector Mr. Jitendra Yadav honored Mr. Ganesh Prasad Sharma, a teacher from Thakur Pyarelal Singh Government Upper Primary School, Rajnandgaon, on the occasion of his retirement. The Collector presented him with the Pension Payment Order (PPO) issued by the Treasury and Accounts Office, Durg, symbolizing the beginning of his post-service benefits.
Speaking on the occasion, Collector Mr. Yadav acknowledged the teacher’s long-standing commitment to government service and emphasized that timely provision of rightful retirement benefits is a priority to ensure dignity for retiring employees. He extended heartfelt wishes to Mr. Sharma for good health, happiness, and a peaceful retired life.

District Education Officer Mr. Pravas Kumar Singh Baghel praised Mr. Sharma for his active involvement not only in academic duties but also in various administrative and public service activities. Later, DEO Mr. Baghel and Block Education Officer Mr. Rajulal Sahu felicitated Mr. Sharma with a shawl, coconut, memento and floral bouquet, marking the culmination of his distinguished career.
The event was attended by Rajnandgaon Block Education Office accountant Mr. Rajesh Khaparde and Cluster Coordinator Mr. Suresh Jain, among others. The dignitaries conveyed their best wishes and hoped that Mr. Sharma would continue guiding and supporting educational activities in the future as well.
