In a continued effort to strengthen citizen-centric governance, Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati held the weekly Jan Darshan at the district office’s conference hall, where she personally listened to grievances and requests submitted by local residents. The Collector emphasized prompt and rule-based redressal of issues while instructing officials to handle each case with seriousness and empathy.
A total of six applications were received during today’s session, all of which are being forwarded to the respective departments for necessary action. Among the key submissions:
- Shri Lekhram Sinha, a resident of Sonasaytola village, submitted an application requesting demarcation of residential land.
- Residents of Atra village collectively sought a government-led land measurement survey of all state-owned lands in their area.
- Shri Sitaram from Madiyan Wadvi requested issuance of a Forest Rights Act (FRA) land title.
- A demand for setting up an Atal Digital Seva Kendra was raised in Manpur Gram Panchayat to facilitate services like ration card name inclusion/exclusion and other citizen needs.
- Other applicants raised various issues ranging from land-related concerns to access to public welfare schemes.
Collector Prajapati reiterated the administration’s commitment to ensuring timely resolution of public grievances and directed department heads to act promptly and report back on progress.
