In a resolute commitment to good governance, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav conducted a virtual hearing under the ‘Samadhan Online’ program, addressing 12 public grievances from districts including Balaghat, Umaria, Dewas, Bhind, Panna, Shahdol, Mauganj, Katni, Pandhurna, Tikamgarh, Raisen, and Damoh. The session underscored the state government’s dedication to ensuring swift resolution of citizens’ issues and holding erring officials accountable.

During the interactive session, CM Yadav directly engaged with applicants to review the status of their complaints and ensure timely redressal. Demonstrating zero tolerance for negligence, he ordered stringent actions against officials found at fault. These included the termination of a contract accountant’s services, withholding salary increments of certain officers, suspension of four patwaris, and proposals for disciplinary action against four tehsildars. Additionally, a show-cause notice was issued to a Divisional Forest Officer, with further actions ensured against other guilty parties.

Emphasizing proactive governance, the Chief Minister directed all District Collectors and Superintendents of Police to closely monitor pending cases, ensure timely implementation of schemes, and resolve issues at the local level. “Citizens should not have to wander for solutions, nor should they need to escalate complaints to the CM Helpline,” he stressed, urging officials to create a system where grievances are addressed promptly and efficiently.
