Extending greetings to the residents on State Foundation Day, Minister Saheb said that the occasion marks a moment of pride for every citizen. He stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the good governance of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Chhattisgarh is steadily reaching new milestones in development and public welfare.

He further highlighted that the state government is effectively implementing schemes aimed at strengthening the rural economy in this agriculturally driven state. He informed that to support farmers, the government is procuring paddy at a support price of ₹3100 per quintal at the rate of 21 quintals per acre. Initiatives like the Mahtari Vandan Yojana are empowering women economically, while new housing and road projects are aiding overall infrastructure development.

Emphasizing inclusive development, Minister Saheb mentioned that the state budget has been structured to benefit all sections of society—ensuring housing for the poor, education and employment for the youth, and fair prices for farmers. The government has upgraded government schools and rationalized educational resources while expanding healthcare infrastructure through the establishment of 14 medical colleges and new nursing colleges, creating more opportunities in education and healthcare.

Speaking on security and development in tribal regions, he said that concerted efforts are being made to eliminate Naxalism and ensure access to education, healthcare and employment in remote areas. He urged citizens to take a pledge to contribute towards building a “Developed Chhattisgarh” in line with the vision of a “Developed India by 2047.”

The event featured vibrant cultural performances by local artists and school students. A rangoli competition was also organized, and officers and employees who demonstrated outstanding service were felicitated.

The programme was attended by Mohla-Manpur MLA Shri Indra Shah Mandavi, District Panchayat Chairperson Smt. Namrata Singh, district representatives, public officials, and a large number of citizens.
