Ajay Singhi Appointed Managing Trustee of Shri Jain Shwetambar Murti Pujak Sangh, Rajnandgaon

Newly elected trust holds first meeting; key responsibilities formally allocated

Following the recently concluded elections of the Shri Jain Shwetambar Murti Pujak Sangh Trust, Rajnandgaon, the newly elected trustees held their first official meeting on Saturday, marking the beginning of a new administrative term. During the meeting, responsibilities related to the management and functioning of the trust were unanimously distributed.

In a key decision, Ajay Singhi was unanimously appointed as the Managing Trustee of the Sangh. A well-known Chartered Accountant of the city, Singhi is also the Chairman of Chhattisgarh’s reputed educational institution, Yugantar Public School. Members expressed confidence that his professional experience and administrative skills would significantly benefit the trust’s functioning.

Clear Allocation of Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and transparent administration, duties were clearly assigned among the trustees:

  • Bhavesh Baid was given charge of Jain Garden, along with responsibility for the under-construction building within the garden premises.
  • Lalit Bhansali was entrusted with the construction and supervision of the said under-construction building.
  • Jeevanchand Baid was assigned responsibility for the management and operations of the Jain Temple.
  • Roshan Golchha was appointed in charge of the Dadabadi Parasnath Temple.

In addition, other members of the executive committee were assigned various roles to further strengthen the trust’s organisational structure. The newly formed team aims to actively contribute to the religious, social, and developmental initiatives of the Jain community.

Positive Response from the Community

The formation of the new trust committee and the transparent distribution of responsibilities have been met with satisfaction and enthusiasm within the Jain community. Community members have expressed hope that the trust’s activities will move forward with greater transparency, dedication, and collective spirit.
