Chhattisgarh Chamber Delegation Participates in National Traders’ Leadership Summit in New Delhi

Delegation meets Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Shivraj Singh Chauhan; invites Piyush Goyal to Chamber’s annual convention in Raipur

A 15-member delegation of the Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce and Industries participated in the Entrepreneurs and Traders Leadership Summit held at Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. The seminar, themed “One Nation, One Election”, was hosted in the presence of Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. The event brought together key leaders and office-bearers of major trader organizations from across the country.

The Chhattisgarh delegation engaged in detailed discussions with Union Minister Piyush Goyal on issues concerning the trader community and extended an invitation for him to attend the Chamber’s upcoming annual convention in Raipur.

Later, the delegation also visited Chhattisgarh Bhavan in New Delhi, where they met former Chief Minister and current Speaker of the State Assembly, Dr. Raman Singh.

The Chamber delegation included Patron Shrichand Sundrani, State President Satish Thaurani, General Secretary Ajay Bhasin, Chief Advisor Labhchand Bafna, Executive President Rajesh Vaswani, Lalit Jaysing, Jaspreet Singh Saluja, Vice Chairman Chetan Tarwani, State Vice Presidents Rajesh Setpal, Lokesh Chandrakant Jain, Pankaj Jain, Aryan Sundrani, Mukesh Garg, Suresh Kripalani (Sakti), and Raja Makhija (Rajnandgaon).

The event served as a platform for trader leaders to deliberate on national policies, strengthen industry-government relations, and advocate for solutions to the challenges faced by businesses across sectors.
