Street vendors, especially vegetable sellers previously occupying congested roadsides in Gol Bazaar and Railway Station Road, have now been systematically relocated to organized market spaces. This move has not only eased traffic flow but also boosted business prospects for vendors and made vegetable shopping more convenient for residents.
In the realm of public amenities, Chairman Dongre has focused on long-term development. The city is now looking forward to the construction of a modern garden, improved sports facilities, and essential urban spaces like a public library and a food court (chowpatty). These initiatives are already underway and reflect Dongre’s vision of turning Dongargarh into a more livable and vibrant town.
