Students from Seven Colleges Highlight Public Service, Good Governance, Environmental Protection and ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ Through Art

A large circular rangoli created at the Agricultural Produce Market in Rajnandgaon showcased the vision of public service, good governance and a developed India under the “Seva Ke Rang, Rashtra Ke Sang” activity of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
Students and teachers from colleges across the district jointly prepared the colourful rangoli, giving an artistic representation to various government welfare schemes and themes associated with nation-building.
Developed Chhattisgarh to Digital India
Different sections of the rangoli depicted Developed Chhattisgarh, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, water conservation, environmental protection, Digital India, health awareness, education, women’s empowerment, national unity and the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
The themes were presented through attractive colours and symbolic representations. The creative initiative by the students conveyed a message of public awareness and social participation through art.
Special Attraction During Viksit Bharat Programme
The giant rangoli became a major attraction during the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha and Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra organised at the Agricultural Produce Market premises on October 7.
The depiction of the map of India, the national flag, symbols related to cleanliness and environmental protection, along with various government schemes, drew the attention of visitors.
Public representatives, guests and citizens present at the programme viewed the rangoli and appreciated the artistic talent and creative efforts of the students.

The initiative also served as a public expression of gratitude through people’s participation on the occasion of the completion of 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public service and good governance, while highlighting the resolve for Viksit Bharat 2047.
Rangoli Activities Held Across Development Blocks
Along with the district-level programme, rangoli was also created at public places in Dongargarh, Dongargaon and Chhuriya development block headquarters by principals, teachers and students of the respective colleges.
The activity provided students an opportunity to showcase their artistic skills and creativity while actively participating in the public awareness campaign.
The initiative presented an example of connecting art with public service and the collective resolve for a developed India.
Seven Colleges Participate
Students and teachers from the following institutions actively contributed to the rangoli-making activity:

- Government Kamla Devi Rathi College
- Government Shivnath Science College
- Government Adarsh English College, Somni
- Conference College
- Government Pandit Kishori Lal Law College
- Royal College
Through their collective creative effort, the students brought themes of public welfare, social awareness, environmental protection and nation-building together on a single artistic platform.
