Mayor Urges Citizens to Celebrate Independence Day with Patriotism and Enthusiasm

‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign Launched from Mayor Madhusudan Yadav’s Residence; BJP North Mandal Takes Pledge to Spread the Message of Nationalism

The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign was formally launched on Wednesday morning by the Bharatiya Janata Party North Mandal, Rajnandgaon, from the Motipur residence of Rajnandgaon Mayor Madhusudan Yadav.

On the occasion, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav hoisted the Tricolour at his residence along with office-bearers and workers of the BJP North Mandal, marking the beginning of the campaign. He appealed to citizens to respectfully display the national flag at their respective homes.

The programme was attended by North Mandal president Sumit Singh Bhatia, general secretaries Vinod Bharti and Chandrabhanu Jaghel, media in-charge Kabir Sahu, Ankit Garhwal, Rajkamal Dhruv, Shail Yadav, Jamuna Sahu, Prema Sonkar, Abha Srivastava, Timan Sahu, Suman Sahu, Ribhay Yadav, Karan Kosare, Aditya Parate, Ashu Dahariya, Lavkush Verma, Rohit Yadav, Rishabh Mal and members of the Yuva Morcha, along with several office-bearers and workers of the BJP North Mandal.

All those present took a pledge to ensure that the Tricolour is displayed at as many homes as possible and to spread the message of patriotism among people.

‘Respect for the Tricolour Is Respect for the Nation’

Addressing the gathering, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav said, “Respect for the Tricolour is respect for the nation.”

He said hoisting the Tricolour at every home is not merely a campaign but a symbol of the connection between citizens, the nation and the national flag.

The Mayor said the campaign represents the respect, faith and pride of every citizen of the country towards the Tricolour.

He appealed to citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes, shops, offices and other establishments on August 15 and celebrate the national festival of Independence Day with patriotism, enthusiasm and joy.
