Amid continuous heavy rainfall, Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav has directed officials to maintain round-the-clock monitoring of flood-prone and waterlogged areas. Inspections have been carried out across the district, while residents have been urged to avoid rivers and other vulnerable locations.
