Effective implementation of PMEGP and PMFME schemes in Rajnandgaon has boosted self-employment and industrial growth, with 57 new industries established over two years, generating jobs for 720 people and attracting significant capital investment.

Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav, while reviewing the District-Level Coordination and Advisory Committee meeting, expressed strong displeasure over delays in loan distribution by bankers under key government schemes. He directed all banks to expedite approvals, especially in PMEGP, PM–SFME and PM SVANidhi, and ensure result-oriented progress within a week. He also emphasized providing timely loans to women self-help groups under NRLM and accelerating implementation of major central schemes for public welfare.

Collector Dr. S.N. Bhure chaired the District Investment Promotion Committee meeting in Rajnandgaon, directing speedy land acquisition for the proposed Space Manufacturing Cluster in Bizetla and timely completion of single-window processes. Officials were also asked to resolve pending industrial cases and implement key schemes to boost district-level industrial growth.
