He stressed mandatory field visits, proper teacher deployment under the rationalisation system, focused attention on remote areas, and continuous monitoring of teaching standards. Officials were instructed to enhance exam results, ensure students learn multiplication tables thoroughly, and monitor private school admissions under the Right to Education Act. Senior officers of the department also emphasised online attendance of teachers, dropout reduction, and structured academic planning.
