The month-long drive aims to make Delhi garbage-free by uniting civic agencies, promoting public participation, and improving neglected government infrastructure. CM Gupta criticized the previous AAP government for ignoring basic facilities and announced plans for a modern Secretariat. The initiative, inspired by PM Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, includes ward-level competitions, community engagement, and daily inspections to ensure visible, lasting change in the capital.
