बीएड कोर्स फिर से होगा एक वर्षीय: NCTE ने दी मंजूरी, 2026-27 से लागू होगी नई व्यवस्था

नेशनल काउंसिल फॉर टीचर एजुकेशन (NCTE) ने 2026-27 से एक वर्षीय बीएड कोर्स को फिर से शुरू करने की मंजूरी दी है। यह कोर्स केवल उन्हीं अभ्यर्थियों के लिए होगा जिनके पास चार वर्षीय स्नातक या स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री होगी। दो वर्षीय बीएड कोर्स को 2030 तक पूरी तरह बंद किया जाएगा। यह बदलाव राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के तहत लागू किया गया है, जिससे शिक्षक बनने की प्रक्रिया सरल और कम खर्चीली हो सकेगी।

छत्तीसगढ़ में शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों पर संकट गहराता जा रहा है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के तहत दो वर्षीय बीएड और डीएलएड कोर्स को समाप्त करने की योजना ने राज्य के सैकड़ों निजी कॉलेजों और हजारों छात्रों को असमंजस में डाल दिया है। अब केवल चार वर्षीय एकीकृत कोर्स को ही मान्यता मिलेगी, जिससे शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता तो बढ़ेगी लेकिन बेरोजगारी और संस्थागत बंदी की आशंकाएँ भी गहराई हैं।

राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (NCTE) की 2025 की नई गाइडलाइंस के तहत अब बीएड कोर्स केवल मल्टी-डिसिप्लिनरी संस्थानों में संचालित होंगे, जिससे देशभर के 15,000 से अधिक बीएड कॉलेजों को डिग्री कॉलेजों के साथ मर्ज करना होगा। इससे छोटे व स्वतंत्र कॉलेजों में चिंता और असमर्थता का माहौल बन गया है। मर्जर प्रक्रिया की जटिलता, वित्तीय दबाव, और स्वायत्तता के नुकसान को लेकर कॉलेज मालिकों ने NCTE से स्पष्ट दिशानिर्देश और सहायता की मांग की है।
