छत्तीसगढ़ के उपमुख्यमंत्री विजय शर्मा ने सुकमा के चिंगावरम में आयोजित श्रद्धांजलि समारोह में 2010 के भीषण नक्सली हमले के शहीदों को पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की। इस हमले में 15 आम नागरिकों और 16 सुरक्षाकर्मियों सहित कुल 31 लोगों की जान गई थी। समारोह में शहीद परिवारों ने आज भी अपने दर्द और सवालों को साझा किया, वहीं सरकार ने उन्हें हर संभव सहायता और नक्सलवाद के खिलाफ संकल्प का भरोसा दिलाया।

Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh visited Bharregaon and Janglesar villages to offer condolences and pay tribute to two late local leaders. He met with the grieving families and highlighted their contributions to society, praying for peace and strength for the bereaved.

In Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, the workers of the Food Corporation of India (FCI) have continued their sit-in protest for the third consecutive day, citing unfair labor practices, wage discrepancies, and the exploitation of contract laborers. The Chhattisgarh Mukti Morcha (CMM) has accused FCI management and contractors of colluding to underpay and overwork workers while ignoring basic safety protocols.
