Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an emotional address at a public rally, said that his late mother had nothing to do with politics, yet the abusive remarks made against her caused him deep pain. He urged the RJD–Congress alliance to apologize to the people, stressing that while he may personally forgive, the citizens of India will never forget the insult to a mother.

During the "One Nation One Election" seminar organized by the social organization Udayachal at the Padmashri Govindram Nirmalkar Auditorium in Rajnandgaon, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh stated that around 80 percent of the population supports the concept of simultaneous elections. He highlighted that it ensures social and economic stability. Other dignitaries, including Padmashri Dr. Pukhraj Bafna, MP Santosh Pandey, former MLA Shivratan Sharma, and Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, also strongly supported the initiative, emphasizing the benefits of reduced costs, efficient resource use, and strengthened democracy.
