The Viksit Bharat–VB-Jiramji Scheme is improving rural livelihoods in Rajnandgaon by increasing guaranteed employment from 100 to 125 days and raising daily wages from ₹261 to ₹300. Beneficiaries Neeta Sahu, Shashilata Yadav and Yamini Sahu say the initiative has strengthened their family's financial security.

The Rajnandgaon administration has sanctioned ₹60 lakh for housing and land assistance to 15 Naxal-affected families and approved ₹65,000 in incentive support for 13 surrendered Maoists under the Chhattisgarh Naxalite Surrender and Victim Relief Rehabilitation Policy-2025.

The Rajnandgaon Agriculture Department sealed Nitya Krishi Kendra and Ratna Krishi Kendra in Sukuldaihan village after detecting alleged violations of the Insecticides Act, including illegal pesticide storage, unauthorized sales, and missing statutory records. Show-cause notices have been issued to both operators.

The "Diidi Ke Goth" monthly radio programme completed one successful year in Chhattisgarh. Rajnandgaon's Lakhpati Didis Gyaneshwari Nishad and Rukhmani Sahu shared inspiring stories of financial empowerment through the Bihan mission, while outstanding women entrepreneurs were honoured at state and divisional-level celebrations.
