In a proud moment for Chhattisgarh, the newly formed district of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki has been honored with the First Prize at the national level for its outstanding performance in the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY). The award was presented at the 12th National Review Conference and 8th National Level Monitoring Committee meeting organized by the Ministry of Agriculture in Kovalam, Kerala.
Addressing a gathering of labour leaders and workers from Raipur district, Yogeshdutt Mishra, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Labour Welfare Board, stressed the importance of ensuring that government welfare schemes reach every worker across the state. He highlighted the roles of various welfare boards and corporations in uplifting the working class through social security and direct financial benefits.
