Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure reviewed food distribution, marketing, and civil supplies in Rajnandgaon, directing timely ration storage, Aadhaar e-KYC completion, and continuous supply of fertilizers and seeds. He also emphasized issuing Kisan Credit Cards to support farmers with zero-interest loans.

Acting on complaints of fertilizer black marketing, the district administration conducted raids at two retail shops in Chhuriya and Rajnandgaon blocks, recovering large quantities of urea and other fertilizers being sold illegally at inflated prices. FIRs have been filed under the Essential Commodities Act.

Hundreds of villagers from 41 drought-affected villages of the Rajnandgaon constituency gathered at Speaker House in Raipur to express heartfelt gratitude to senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh. केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने ‘लैब टू लैंड’ पहल की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि अब वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधानों को सीधे किसानों के खेतों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। 29 मई से 12 जून 2025 तक चलने वाले 'विकसित कृषि संकल्प अभियान' के तहत कृषि वैज्ञानिक, विशेषज्ञ और विभागीय अधिकारी गांव-गांव जाकर किसानों को उन्नत तकनीक, बीज और समाधान उपलब्ध कराएंगे। इस अभियान से किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और कृषि उत्पादकता में क्रांतिकारी सुधार की उम्मीद है।
