Collector Dr. S.N. Bhure urged college principals in Rajnandgaon to encourage girl students to apply for the Azim Premji Scholarship Scheme, which offers ₹30,000 annually to help low-income government school graduates pursue undergraduate or diploma studies. Applications will be accepted in two phases, September 10–30, 2025, and January 10–31, 2026.

In Rajnandgaon, a review meeting of small finance banks, NBFCs, and microfinance institutions was held under the directives of Collector Dr. S.N. Bhure. Officials were instructed to comply with RBI norms, ensure transparency in loan disbursal and recovery, and strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms for customers.

At the weekly Jan Darshan in Rajnandgaon, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure heard public grievances ranging from pensions and housing to land records and Aadhaar updates. He directed officials to resolve applications promptly and extend government scheme benefits to all eligible citizens.

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure directed officials to actively deliver welfare schemes during the Seva Pakhwada (September 17–October 2), emphasizing sanitation, health camps, and farmer support measures. He also ordered arrangements for Navratri and Dongargarh pilgrims, reviewed fertilizer stock, rooftop solar promotion, and progress on welfare schemes across Rajnandgaon district.

As part of the Chhattisgarh government's 'Su-Shasan Tihar' initiative, a grievance redressal camp was organized at Murmunda village in Dongargarh block, covering 12 gram panchayats. Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure personally addressed the concerns of villagers and directed officials to ensure timely resolutions.
