Jay Tulsi Multi-Speciality Hospital in Rajnandgaon has been suspended for six months under the Ayushman Bharat and Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh health schemes after district inspections revealed persistent lapses and fresh irregularities. The State Nodal Agency approved the action, cancelling all NICU package cases and directing the hospital to halt new claims during the suspension period.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav celebrated his birthday by inaugurating a free mega health camp in Eentkhedi near Bhopal, offering medical consultations, medicines, diagnostic tests and referrals to over 1,400 villagers. Emphasising “jan-seva” as the highest virtue, the CM highlighted expanded healthcare access under double-engine governance, from new medical colleges to Ayushman clinics and drone-supported medicine delivery in remote areas. The camp concluded with a community pledge to dedicate one day each year to public service.

The Health Department in Rajnandgaon conducted a district-level review meeting focusing on maternal health, institutional deliveries, immunization, e-attendance monitoring, and progress in national health programmes, with strict directives issued for compliance and improvement.

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, Raipur hosted the Seva Pakhwada campaign and a grand “Viksit Bharat” photo exhibition. Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh inaugurated the exhibition, describing Modi’s journey of struggle, service, and nation-building as deeply inspirational. Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure inspected the new CT Scan machine and Radiodiagnosis unit at Government Medical College, Pendri, directing that installation be completed by the first week of September. He stressed on patient-friendly behavior and maximizing Ayushman Card benefits.

Strict instructions were given for timely data entry on various portals and for adherence to GEM procurement guidelines.

CEO Zila Panchayat Suruchi Singh emphasized expanding citizen participation in the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme during a review meeting in Rajnandgaon. The district has topped in Ayushman Card registration, while key directives were issued for school repairs, health safety during the monsoon, and DMF-based proposals.

Rajnandgaon Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure chaired the District Health Committee meeting on June 23, emphasizing the need for institutional deliveries, regular antenatal checkups, 100% Ayushman Card utilization, and quality improvement in government hospitals to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates.

Under the Chhattisgarh government's Su-Shasan Tihar (Good Governance Festival), a major grievance redressal camp was organized in Mogra Gram Panchayat of Ambagarh Chowki block. A total of 2180 applicants received timely resolution and benefits under various government schemes. The initiative, aligned with Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s vision, aims to ensure transparency, timely service delivery, and citizen empowerment at the grassroots level.

Addressing issues from six urban wards, the camp offered immediate redressal of public grievances, distribution of welfare materials, and ensured government services reached citizens at the grassroots level.

As part of the ongoing 'Sushasan Tihar', Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh participated in a mega solution camp in village Tedsera, where he inaugurated and laid the foundation for 22 development works worth ₹1.21 crore. Multiple welfare benefits, including housing, sanitation, and health cards, were distributed to the villagers under various central and state schemes.
