A training programme held in Rajnandgaon highlighted oil palm cultivation as a high-income farming option, with farmers eligible for multiple government subsidies and earnings of up to ₹3.20 lakh per hectare.

During the Kharif Marketing Season 2025–26, Rajnandgaon district has procured over 27.41 lakh quintals of paddy worth ₹651 crore from more than 53,000 farmers, with strong administrative arrangements ensuring transparency and farmer convenience.
