During Good Governance Week, Rajnandgaon’s Administration to Villages campaign has boosted the implementation of welfare schemes through coordinated efforts, transparency and accountability, with officials highlighting achievements in water conservation, health, housing and rural development.

The Chhattisgarh Government has launched the “Token Tumhar Haath” mobile app, enabling farmers to receive paddy procurement tokens directly on their phones with Aadhaar-based verification, ensuring transparency and convenience in the purchase process.

Former Congress leader and ex-Chairman of the Revenue Department, Hemant Ostwal, has called on Mayor Madhusudan Yadav to publicly disclose the complete expenditure details of the ₹210 crore AMRUT Mission in Rajnandgaon. Alleging serious irregularities and corruption during its implementation, Ostwal insists on transparency and accountability from civic authorities.
