Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and MP Santosh Pandey to attend a major grievance redressal camp under Sushasan Tihar 2025 in Rajnandgaon’s Motipur School Ground, offering direct solutions and benefits to citizens from multiple wards.

Under Sushasan Tihar 2025, a public grievance redressal camp held in Khursipar village of Dongargaon block successfully resolved over 2,292 complaints across 18 departments. The event also saw distribution of welfare benefits and community engagement initiatives such as baby showers and housewarmings.

As part of “Sushasan Tihar 2025,” a multi-departmental grievance redressal camp was held at Thakur Pyarelal School Ground in Rajnandgaon, benefitting citizens from six municipal wards through instant resolution of applications and distribution of welfare documents.

Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation, under the directive of the Chhattisgarh government, will organize 'Samadhan Shivirs' in various city wards from May 5 to May 31, 2025. These camps, a part of the third phase of Sushasan Tihar 2025, aim to inform citizens about the resolution of their previously submitted applications and ensure delivery of welfare scheme benefits.

Under the impactful governance initiative Sushasan Tihar 2025, 70-year-old Girish Kumar Thakkar and other senior citizens in Rajnandgaon received immediate registration and issuance of Ayushman Vay Vandana Cards. Out of 20 total applications received between April 8–11, 16 cards were delivered on the spot, reflecting efficient service and a citizen-first approach.

As part of the Sushasan Tihar initiative, the Labour Department organized a special camp in Chaukhdia Para, Heera-Moti Ward, Rajnandgaon on April 19. The camp saw resolution of around 30 cases and issuance of new worker cards, with active participation from local residents and officials.
