Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav chaired the weekly time-limit meeting on Wednesday, directing officials to conduct regular field visits for ground-level implementation of government welfare schemes while reviewing pending cases under CM Jandarshan, PG Portal and Collector Jandarshan.

Chairing the weekly time-limit meeting, Collector Jitendra Yadav directed officials to work with complete dedication for the development of Rajnandgaon district under various government schemes. He praised the effective action taken against illegal paddy transport and instructed officers to maintain the same momentum. The Collector reviewed ongoing urban development works, rural construction quality, progress under MGNREGA, PM Awas Yojana, Ayushman Card services, and initiatives to ensure economic self-reliance of vulnerable communities.

At a workshop in Rajnandgaon, Speaker Dr. Raman Singh highlighted solar power as a golden opportunity for farmers and citizens to achieve self-reliance and protect the environment. He flagged off the ‘Surya Rath’ and promoted the Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and Kusum Yojana, offering subsidies for rooftop solar and solar pumps.
