A Rajnandgaon farmer has praised the Chhattisgarh government’s support price policy and Krishak Unnati Yojana for providing strong economic support during the Kharif Marketing Year 2025–26. With smooth online token issuance, electronic weighing, and improved facilities at the Sukuldaihan paddy procurement centre, farmers are receiving fair value and timely assistance.

Farmer Nandkishore from Rajnandgaon expressed joy after selling his paddy on the first day of procurement under the Kharif Marketing Year 2025-26, praising the government’s support price of ₹3,100 per quintal and its transparent, farmer-friendly online systems.

Speaker Dr. Raman Singh inaugurated the paddy procurement season at Bhanuprui center after performing traditional rituals. Farmers expressed happiness over the support price of ₹3100 per quintal and the Krishak Unnati Yojana. Procurement has started at all 96 centers in Rajnandgaon, with over 1.28 lakh farmers registered.
