Gayatri Vidyapeeth, one of Rajnandgaon’s prominent educational institutions, celebrated Geeta Jayanti with devotion and cultural vibrancy. The event began with lamp lighting and collective recitation of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita shlokas, followed by impressive student performances based on various chapters of the Gita. Through speeches, quizzes and cultural presentations, students highlighted key messages of duty, discipline, self-confidence and Karma Yoga. Chief speaker Shri Gagan Laddha inspired students to adopt the Gita’s teachings for positive thinking and life management, while Principal Mrs. Shailja Nair emphasised the importance of such events in nurturing moral and cultural values. The programme was attended by committee members, academic heads, staff and all students.

The Bal Mela at Government Kisan Higher Secondary School, Karamtara turned into a festive showcase of flavours and creativity, as students prepared a variety of delicious dishes and engaged the community with their vibrant participation. Guests praised the event for boosting students’ confidence and practical learning.
