A viral video showing youth performing dangerous stunts on JCBs and other heavy vehicles during a rally in Karamtara village on Harela festival day has prompted strict action by the Khairagarh traffic police. Offenders have been booked under various sections of the MV Act, with fines totaling ₹8,000 and their licenses being recommended for suspension. So far in 2025, 64 licenses have already been suspended in similar violations across the district.
