He inaugurated the new Pamban Rail Bridge — India’s first vertical lift sea bridge — and flagged off a train and a ship. Calling the bridge a symbol of technology and tradition, PM Modi emphasized its role in boosting connectivity, trade, tourism, and job opportunities in Tamil Nadu.
