Ahead of the upcoming Sharadiya Navratri festival, District Panchayat CEO Suruchi Singh inspected preparations for the Dongargarh fair at Maa Bamleshwari Dham. She reviewed arrangements for pedestrian routes, service camps, drinking water, medical care, sanitation, and other facilities, issuing necessary directions to ensure smooth convenience for devotees.

SP Mohit Garg directed Durga Utsav Committees in Rajnandgaon to ensure Navratri celebrations remain rooted in tradition and discipline. Sound systems must be used only until 10 p.m., pandals should not obstruct roads, and strict safety, security, and cleanliness measures have been mandated.

Ahead of the grand Navratri fair at the historic Maa Bamleshwari Temple in Dongargarh, District Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure chaired a meeting on Wednesday to review preparations for the annual event, which attracts lakhs of devotees from across the country. The Collector stressed the need for smooth facilities, cleanliness, medical services, food safety, and coordinated law-and-order arrangements to ensure a safe and convenient experience for pilgrims.

Navratri celebrations at Maa Bhaneshwari Devi Shaktipeeth in Singhola will begin on September 24 with Jyoti Kalash installation. The festivities will include Kalash Sthapana, Havan, Purnahuti, and a grand Shobha Yatra, with devotees making traditional offerings at the sacred shrine.

The sacred atmosphere of Singhola village, just 8 kilometers from Rajnandgaon district headquarters, was filled with deep devotion and spiritual energy as thousands of devotees gathered at the revered Maa Bhaneshwari Devi Shaktipith.
