Madhya Pradesh marked Engineers’ Day 2025 with the announcement of a state-of-the-art Engineering Research and Training Institute in Bhopal. Alongside honoring engineers and contractors, the state launched innovative tools like the Public Works Survey App and Project Management System to modernize infrastructure development and boost efficiency.

Madhya Pradesh’s ₹1100 crore Jabalpur flyover, inaugurated just ten days ago on August 23, has shockingly turned into a hotspot for viral stunts, camel rides, and chaos. Instead of easing traffic, the 7-km-long flyover is now plagued with reckless youth performing dangerous acts, littering, and creating nuisance. Authorities have issued 190 challans, collected ₹83,000 in fines, and deployed round-the-clock surveillance to curb the menace. The administration insists the flyover must remain a pride of Jabalpur, not a reel-making stage.
