Additional Collectors in Rajnandgaon heard public grievances during the Jan Darshan programme under Good Governance Week and directed officials to ensure time-bound and priority-based resolution of applications related to housing, Aadhaar, land records and welfare schemes.

During the Jan Darshan program, Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav ensured the prompt issuance of a duplicate loan passbook to farmer Moolchand Teli, helping him resume paddy sale and agricultural input purchases without difficulty.

At the weekly Jan Darshan in Rajnandgaon, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure heard public grievances ranging from pensions and housing to land records and Aadhaar updates. He directed officials to resolve applications promptly and extend government scheme benefits to all eligible citizens.

At the weekly Jan Darshan held at the district office in Mohla, Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati addressed six public applications and directed officials to resolve issues with urgency and compassion.
