Rajnandgaon Collector Jitendra Yadav chaired a meeting to review the rollout of the Aadhaar-enabled biometric attendance system, directing all officials and employees to ensure punctual attendance and adhere to the new digital system from January 1.

The Chhattisgarh government has announced that all issues related to registration and verification on the Integrated Farmer Portal will be resolved by January 7, 2026. Officials have been instructed to complete physical verification within the stipulated timeline to ensure eligible farmers receive scheme benefits without delay.

Rajnandgaon district has launched a digital transparency drive under MGNREGA, introducing QR codes at gram panchayat offices. Villagers can now scan codes on their phones to instantly access details of sanctioned works, progress, expenditure, and worker participation from the last three years.

Under the ongoing annual verification drive for central pension schemes, 4,750 beneficiaries in Rajnandgaon have completed their verification through the Aadhaar-based 'Beneficiary Verification App'. The Municipal Corporation has set up daily camps, including weekends, to ensure all 10,889 eligible pensioners complete the process and continue receiving benefits without disruption.

In a weekly review meeting, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure directed all departmental officials to ensure the effective implementation of government schemes and 100% adoption of e-Office for all file-related work. He emphasized improving the district’s performance on the Atal Monitoring Portal and speeding up rural sanitation surveys under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Strict instructions were given for timely data entry on various portals and for adherence to GEM procurement guidelines.

Rajnandgaon Collector Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure has directed all departments to ensure complete transition to the e-office system by August 31, 2025. Emphasizing efficiency, transparency, and digitization, he also instructed speedy processing of pension cases and the submission of public welfare proposals under DMF.
