Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed urgent action to ensure the safe return of citizens from Chhatarpur district stranded in Nepal. Coordinating with the Government of India, the state is prioritizing citizen welfare and providing hope to distressed families awaiting their loved ones’ return.

With India becoming the world’s fourth-largest economy, senior tax expert S.L. Joshi called it a matter of pride but also raised concerns over internal challenges such as inflation, unemployment, and job losses due to artificial intelligence. He urged the government to adopt an “India First” approach and focus on improving the quality of life for its citizens.

In a major citizen outreach initiative, an Aadhaar biometric and demographic update camp was held in Rajnandgaon’s Mohara Ward, where 138 residents successfully updated their details. Spearheaded by Councillor Alok Shroti, the camp addressed issues preventing citizens from accessing welfare schemes due to outdated or missing Aadhaar information.
