Bankers’ Training and Workshop on NRLM Activities Held in Rajnandgaon

A comprehensive training-cum-workshop was organized at the Collectorate meeting hall under the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (Bihan) to strengthen the understanding of bankers on Self-Help Groups (SHGs), credit linkage, enterprise finance, online loan applications, and RBI guidelines. Presiding over the session, CEO Zila Panchayat, Ms. Suruchi Singh, emphasized the need for proactive coordination by banks in implementing government schemes under NRLM to ensure maximum benefit for SHG members. National Resource Person Mr. Sudhakar Satpati delivered detailed training on key NRLM concepts and digital financial processes. Banks and field-level functionaries who exhibited commendable performance in FY 2024–25 were felicitated with certificates and mementos.
