A total of 12 long-term tenant families in Rajnandgaon were allotted permanent homes under the ‘Mor Makan Mor Aas’ scheme through a lottery conducted by the Municipal Corporation. With this, 229 families have now secured housing under the initiative, which aims to provide affordable homes to eligible urban households.

Rajnandgaon is set to witness a historic transformation in athletics infrastructure as the government approves the construction of a state-of-the-art synthetic track, thanks to the continued efforts of Assembly Speaker and local MLA Dr. Raman Singh.

To ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply during the summer months, the Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation will release water from Mogra Reservoir on April 28. The water is expected to reach Mohara Anicut by May 6, securing sufficient water levels for continued service to city residents.
